New Development Fast Track Program

Program Overview:

In keeping with our policy to be a business-friendly community, Washington City has implemented a Fast Track Program for commercial and industrial projects in which the city is committed to streamlining and simplifying its permitting processes. To participate in the Fast Track Program, an applicant must complete and submit the accompanying Fast Track Program Application and Economic Impact Data Sheets, and copies of the site plan materials that will be submitted for the proposed project.
